History
The Myatt family has been serving Dickson and adjacent areas since 1975 in the Real Estate Business. Advantage Realty & Auction was founded by Benjamin F. Myatt Jr. in 1995. The company was bought by the Erranton family in 2004, where Benjamin remains as principal broker.

Agents
We have nine agents in the office and all of them are licensed brokers & Realtors.
